Conveniently located just off the Scottish motorway, we found ample parking available upon our arrival, making it easy to access the property. The well-maintained main entrance set a welcoming tone, which continued as we were greeted by friendly staff at reception. Our family appreciated the clean and tidy hotel environment, which exceeded our expectations based on prior reviews. We particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area, despite some signs of wear that could use attention. In the evenings, we found a cozy bar where we shared laughter over drinks while relishing a delightful buffet breakfast each morning, featuring hot and fresh food. Manager Debbie stood out for her exceptional service, attentively addressing our concerns and offering us complimentary drinks when things didn’t go as planned. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable.
